WHAT IS YOUR DELIVERY TIME?
In Europe; without Post NL delays, 1-2 business days. If you order before 16:00, we will ship it the same
day and in most cases you will receive it the next day.
Outside of Europe; without delays, 3-5 business days.
WHERE IS MY ORDER?
As soon as your package has been shipped, you will receive the Track & Trace by email. There you can
track your order. You can also track your order in your dashboard. Go to ‘Order Tracking’ and fill in the
Order ID and billing email.
Please note tracking is only available once the order has been shipped.
*Some orders may have more than one Track & Trace because it was shipped in more than one box.
They may not arrive at the same time. Unfortunately we have no control over this.
HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN?
You may return the items within 14 days of receiving the products.

We strive to process and refund your return as quickly as possible. This can take 3-5 business days.
CAN I RETURN DIFFERENT ORDERS IN ONE PACKAGE?

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVED AN INCORRECT/DEFECTIVE ITEM?
Sorry you received an incorrect/defective item! Click on the WhatsApp button on your left to live chat
with our customer service so we can resolve the problem.
DO I NEED A CHAMBER OF COMMERCE / VAT NUMBER?
It is not mandatory to have a Chamber of Commerce or VAT number! This is because we want to give
starters a chance too.
CAN I USE YOUR PHOTOS AND VIDEOS?
All photos and videos may be used. We spend extra time and attention in shooting so that you have
the perfect photos and can sell immediately after or even before purchasing the items.
If you’ve placed an order, you will automatically receive all product pictures in high quality per e-mail right after placing the order.
CAN I STILL CHANGE MY PLACED ORDER?
As long as the order has not yet left our warehouse, you can change your order. You have to message
us with our live chat via WhatsApp.
WHY HAVEN’T I RECEIVED A TRACK AND TRACE CODE?
If you haven’t received a Track and Trace code after 36 hours of placing your order, contact us on
WhatsApp so our team can look into this.
WHY DID I ONLY RECEIVE A PART OF MY ORDER?
If you are missing some pieces of your order, it may have been shipped in more than one package.
This is probably the case if your order is quite large.
If you still have not received all your items after 3 business days, please contact us via WhatsApp.
CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY PLACED ORDER? (E.g. a change of address)
Once you place your order, we’re on it – we know you need it soon! If your order has not yet left our
warehouse, you can still make changes. Send us a WhatsApp message as soon as possible.
DO YOU DO CUSTOM ORDERS?
We have our own factory, so yes we do custom orders. Click on CUSTOM PRODUCTION at the menu above and fill in the form.
